This policy explains how Brelorh™ processes and ships orders placed at brelorh.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
After payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch orders within 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. We may contact you if information required to fulfill your order is incomplete.
Please check your delivery address and contact details before completing checkout. If you need to request a correction, email service@brelorh.com promptly. A change may not be possible after dispatch.
STANDARD U.S. DELIVERY
Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate is separate from order processing time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier operations, weather, customs, holidays, or address issues may affect delivery.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CHARGES
Available shipping options, destinations, and charges are displayed at checkout before you submit an order. Please refer to the options shown for your address at checkout.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are dispatched from mainland China. Our published Guangzhou address is for business correspondence and may differ from the parcel’s dispatch facility. For order-specific questions, email service@brelorh.com.
ORDER CHANGES
To request an address correction or cancellation, contact service@brelorh.com before dispatch. We will confirm whether fulfillment can be stopped. Once dispatched, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
TRACKING
After dispatch, look for shipment details in your order communications or customer account. If a carrier tracking number is issued, we will share it there. If you cannot find the tracking details or updates stop for an extended period, email service@brelorh.com with your order number.
DELIVERY CONCERNS
If your package is delayed, shows a delivery issue, or appears damaged when it arrives, contact service@brelorh.com with your order number and relevant details. If the cabinet itself is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please also refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
