To request a return, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, item details and the reason for your request. We will review eligibility and provide the next steps.
Approved refunds
5–10 business days
After a refund is approved, we normally process it within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your original payment method.
How to request a return

Email service@brelorh.com within the return window. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
02 · Wait for instructions
We will confirm the applicable return steps and address. Please do not ship an item to the published business address without return instructions.
03 · Pack securely
Protect the cabinet and its included parts for transport. Keep proof of shipment when a return is authorized.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
If a cabinet arrives damaged, incorrect or with a part missing from what the listing said was included, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the appropriate resolution under this policy and applicable law.
Refund method and questions
Approved refunds are normally issued through the original payment channel. We will explain any applicable return shipping arrangement when we respond to your request. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
